Start with one clear question

A page deserves to exist because it helps someone. Choose a specific question or task before choosing a keyword. A clear answer is a stronger foundation than a page written to repeat a phrase.

Give each page a descriptive title and a concise summary. The summary should explain what the visitor will actually find, not make promises the content does not keep.

Make the structure readable

Use one main heading and a logical sequence of subheadings. Keep paragraphs focused. Label links so people understand where they lead. Images need useful alternative text when they communicate information; decorative images do not need invented descriptions.

Internal links should connect a reader to the next useful idea. They should not interrupt every sentence or exist only to increase a score.

Understand rendering and discovery

A URL appearing in your app does not automatically make all its content easy for every crawler to discover. Review the published page, its metadata, and how its important content is delivered. Client-side changes to metadata are useful for browsers but are not a substitute for evaluating crawler behavior.

Provide a sitemap that reflects actual published pages. Do not list drafts or private learning content. Use canonical URLs consistently and create redirects when established paths change.

Treat scores as checklists, not predictions

A deterministic score can help catch a missing description, a long title, or an image without alternative text. It cannot guarantee rankings or tell you whether your advice is true.

Avoid keyword stuffing. If a paragraph sounds unnatural when read aloud, rewrite it for a person rather than a checklist.

Keep the content current

Show meaningful publication and update dates. Review pages when the product behavior they describe changes. Improve outdated explanations instead of changing a date without changing the content.

Start with the SEO review prompt. For a wider launch perspective, revisit the introduction.

Search engine behavior changes. This is an editorial checklist, not a promise of indexing or ranking.
